I'm a bit concerned about having ejaculations during the night. Is this something normal, or could it signify a health issue? I'm curious if it might lead to any complications in the future.

No, nocturnal emissions (or "wet dreams") are a natural and normal occurrence, especially in younger individuals. They don't cause any harm or long-term problems, and there's no need for concern unless they're causing significant distress or affecting daily life.

I'm 27 and was hoping you could help me out with something that's been bugging me. My penis, when erect, is only about 4.5 inches, and I recently got married. Last night, I was with my wife and couldnt get an erection at all, which was really embarrassing. Plus, even when it does get erect, I tend to release cum quite quickly. If I need to have sex today, what can I do that wont cause any bad reactions?

I've been having trouble since last week with my penis not getting hard enough during sex. I can still enter it into the vagina, but I end up discharging very quickly. I've been married for two years, and this issue just started nowit didn't happen for the first 20 months. I've been taking Scelepra 10 mg daily, as my psychiatrist suggested, because I had a similar problem right after getting married. I'm wondering if this is a physical or psychological issue, and should I consider doing any tests or changing medications?
