I have 12mm and 6.3mm stones in both kidneys and my doctor recommended surgery to drill the kidney. I'm only 27 and really scared about going through this is surgery the only option or are there other treatments I can try at my age

While percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), a surgery to drill the kidney, is a common option for larger kidney stones, it's not always the only treatment. Other options, like extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) and ureteroscopy, can be considered, especially for smaller stones or if PCNL carries a higher risk due to your age or other factors. Medical management and lifestyle changes can also be effective for some cases, particularly when the stones are smaller and less likely to cause complications

View allI am 23 years old. can phimosis be correctedtreated without a surgery thank you. if yesno then please elaborate.
Yes, phimosis can often be treated without surgery, especially in mild to moderate cases. Non-surgical options include steroid creams and gentle stretching techniques. In some cases, more aggressive dilations using a balloon dilator might be needed. If these methods fail or the phimosis is severe, surgery (circumcision) may be recommended.

I've had two manual surgeries for kidney stones but they're still there 13mm on one side and 9mm on the other. I don't have pain right now, but I'm worried and wondering if laser surgery would be a better option to finally get rid of them. What do you suggest for a more thorough treatment?
Lithotripsy ,uretroscopy and extracorporeal shock wave lithotriosy (ESWL) are advised to the patient.

I've been taking steroids as a professional bodybuilder, but lately I noticed some changes in my left testicle it feels like there are extra veins or something. I looked it up and think it might be testicular varicocele, but I'm not sure. Could the steroids be causing this? Doctors always warn against steroids, but it's part of my job, so I can't stop. I know the risks, but this issue has me worried. Does varicocele need surgery, or can it heal on its own?
Get an Ultrasound and Doppler study of scrotum. Steroid has nothing to do with varicocele but it is possible due to heavy weight lifting. Please clarify what steroid you are taking. If corticosteroid like dexona, betnesol stop it gradually over many months. If testosterone or other anabolic steroid you can maintain these provided considering risk of infertility.
