I have a 12mm umbilical hernia that makes my belly look bloated and fat all the time. I don't want surgery and am already doing diet and yoga. Are there any medications that can cure this hernia? I'm based in Chandigarh.

I'm really worried because my belly button is sore and there's this clear, thin discharge coming out of it that smells really bad. What could be causing this, and should I be concerned?
I recommend using an antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice a day on the affected area. Additionally, you can take an over-the-counter pain reliever like Tylenol for any discomfort. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry. If the symptoms persist or worsen, consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation.
