I have a 13 mm gallbladder stone and doctors are recommending surgery. Are there any other solutions or treatments I can try instead? I'm really hoping to avoid surgery if possible.

I'm feeling a bit uneasy because I've had this discomfort and pain in the upper right side of my chest for the past three days. I visited a gastric specialist and he mentioned it might be due to acidity, so he prescribed Pantocid 40mg and Rifagut. I've been taking them for two days now, but the discomfort hasnt improved. Do you think I should get an X-ray to check what's going on? Any advice would be really helpful.

yes do one chest xray

I'm really concerned about my Sgpt level being 107, even though all my other levels are normal. Can you let me know if this is something I need to worry about, or if it's just a minor issue? I've been feeling anxious about it and would appreciate any advice you can offer.

An SGPT (ALT) level of 107 is mildly elevated, and since other liver function tests are normal, it may indicate mild liver stress or damage, possibly due to fatty liver, alcohol consumption, or medication side effects, and it's essential to consult your doctor to determine the cause and appropriate course of action, which may include lifestyle modifications, medication adjustments, or further testing.

I've been dealing with really hard stools for more than two weeks now, and it's getting quite painful. I don't have any other symptoms, but it's tough to pass them, and I've never experienced anything like this before. I've even tried making some lifestyle changes. What could be causing this, and what can I do to get some relief?
