I've been experiencing something weird and it's kinda worrying me. Every time I masturbate, the next day I feel this horrible indigestion and sometimes end up vomiting, plus there's this numb feeling. It's strange because even if my stomach is empty, I still feel like throwing up. And it takes about 4 to 5 days to get back to normal. Does this sound familiar to you or do you know what might be causing this?

View allI've been dealing with pain in the upper right side of my abdomen for about 34 days now. I decided to get an SGPT test and my results came back at 68 points, which I know is on the high side. At first, I tried taking Silymarin 140 mg tablets but didn't see much improvement. Now I'm on Ursodeoxycholic acid tablets, 300 mg twice a day, and I've been doing that for the last 2 days, but my liver pain hasn't eased up. What should I do next?
Based on your symptoms and the medication you have already tried, I recommend adding a liver protective agent like Liv 52 DS tablets. You can take 2 tablets twice a day after meals for better liver support. Additionally, it is important to follow a low-fat diet, avoid alcohol, and stay hydrated. If the pain persists or worsens, please consult your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.

I'm having these gas issues and it's causing some chest pain, especially on the left side of my chest. I've been taking medicine for it, but still, the pain comes and goes, like when I bend or sometimes when I take a deep breath. Could all of this be just because of gas?
That could be Gastritis or GERD once check with Gastroenterologist .

I'm having some discomfort when I have a bowel movement. The first part of my stool is really hard and sometimes it feels like a small piece of tissue, about 0.3 to 0.5 cm, is coming out from my anus when I clean up. The area around my anus gets itchy now and then too. I'm really not sure if Im dealing with piles or if it's something else. Can you help me figure this out and maybe let me know what foods I should avoid?
Based on your symptoms, its likely that you are experiencing hemorrhoids , which can cause discomfort and the sensation of tissue coming out of the anus. The best course of action is to increase your fiber intake, stay hydrated, and avoid straining during bowel movements. Over-the-counter remedies and sitz baths can help relieve symptoms. However, if your symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to see a proctologist or gastroenterologist for an evaluation and appropriate treatment.
