I've been experiencing something weird and it's kinda worrying me. Every time I masturbate, the next day I feel this horrible indigestion and sometimes end up vomiting, plus there's this numb feeling. It's strange because even if my stomach is empty, I still feel like throwing up. And it takes about 4 to 5 days to get back to normal. Does this sound familiar to you or do you know what might be causing this?

View allI've been dealing with acid reflux for 7 years and just found out I have a hiatal hernia after an endoscopy. Are there any non-surgical options to treat it? I'm really hoping to avoid surgery if possible.
Yes, there are several non-surgical options to manage a hiatal hernia and its associated symptoms, like acid reflux. These include lifestyle changes, medication, and procedures like TIF, hiatal hernias don't go away by themselves, but symptoms can be minimized with self-care.

I'm dealing with a fatty liver grade 1 and experiencing some pain in the upper right side of my abdomen. I used to drink alcohol but stopped completely a while ago. Is there any treatment or diet you would recommend for this condition? I really want to get rid of it. Any advice would be much appreciated.
Hi Naresh, fatty liver grade 1 can often improve with lifestyle changes. Since youve stopped drinking alcohol, focus on a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, while avoiding fatty and sugary foods. Regular exercise and maintaining a healthy weight are key in managing and potentially reversing fatty liver. I recommend consulting a healthcare provider for personalized guidance and monitoring.
