I've been diagnosed with grade 1 fatty liver and have multiple gallstones ranging from 3 to 8mm. What treatment options do I have and is surgery necessary for this condition? I'm a bit worried about whether lifestyle changes alone would be enough or if I need medical intervention.

For grade 1 fatty liver and gallstones, a combination of lifestyle changes and, potentially, medical intervention might be necessary. Lifestyle changes, including weight loss, a healthy diet, and exercise, can help improve fatty liver. For gallstones, if they cause symptoms, surgery to remove the gallbladder (cholecystectomy) is often recommended.

I'm looking for some advice on treating a fatty liver, specifically grade 2. I've come across Tendomac tablets - do you know if they are effective for this condition? I'd really appreciate any guidance you could give me.
Tendomac tablet is not specifically related to treating fatty liver grade 2. For fatty liver grade 2, it is important to make lifestyle changes such as maintaining a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and avoiding alcohol. In terms of medication, Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) is commonly prescribed to improve liver function and reduce liver enzyme levels.
