I have a 13.49 mm stone in my right upper ureter, about 2 cm from the pelvic ureteric junction, and it's causing grade 1 hydronephrosis. I'm trying to figure out the best surgery option should I go for ureteroscopic laser lithotripsy or PCNL? What would you recommend based on the size and location of the stone?

For your 13.49 mm stone in the upper ureter, near the pelvic ureteric junction, causing grade 1 hydronephrosis, ureteroscopic laser lithotripsy (URSL) is generally recommended over PCNL. URSL is a minimally invasive procedure that allows for targeted stone fragmentation and removal through the ureter. PCNL, while effective, is more invasive and carries a higher risk of complications.

View allI'm experiencing a tingling sensation in my penile nerves, but I haven't had any trauma, and my blood reports came back negative. Could this be due to frequent or hardcore masturbation? I also feel a burning sensation at the tip of my penis after peeing, but it happens only if I watched porn before. Is there a way this could heal naturally? I'm really depressed about this situation. I've been prescribed tricyclic antidepressants by my doctor for 3 months, but its been 4 months now, and I only took them for 2 months. Can these meds help with my issue, or do you have any other suggestions? I'm looking for advice on what steps to take next.
It is possible that the tingling sensation in your penile nerves, along with the burning sensation at the tip of the penis before urination, could be related to nerve irritation or inflammation. This could be aggravated by frequent or vigorous masturbation. To help with these symptoms, you can try taking Vitamin B complex supplements, which can support nerve health. Additionally, you can apply a topical numbing cream containing lidocaine to the tip of the penis to help with the burning sensation. As for the tricyclic antidepressants you were prescribed, they can sometimes be used to help manage nerve-related pain. However, it is important to follow your doctor's instructions regarding the dosage and duration of treatment. Since you have only taken the medication for 2 months out of the recommended 3 months, it may be beneficial to complete the full course of treatment as prescribed. It is also important to practice good genital hygiene, avoid any activities that worsen your symptoms, and give your body time to heal naturally. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it would be advisable to follow up with your doctor for further evaluation and management

I'm a bit concerned because I masturbated today but didn't ejaculate any sperm, though it felt like I did. I recently found out I have a 5mm kidney stone and have been on medication for a couple of days. Could the meds or the stone be affecting this, or should I be worried about something else?
Thats not related to renal stone, but do not do that frequently try to avoid that habbit and lead healthy lifestyle

Found a cyst on my scrotum yesterday and I'm a bit worried. Is there any way to treat it without surgery? I've attached some pics for reference. What could be causing this and how serious is it?
