I have an 18 mm kidney stone on the right side and an 11 mm one on the left. Can homeopathy really help remove stones this big or would I need surgery? What kind of procedure would be best for stones this size?

An 18 mm kidney stone usually requires surgical intervention for removal, as it's unlikely to pass naturally. Several minimally invasive procedures are commonly used, including ESWL (Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy), RIRS (Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery), and URSL (Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy). PCNL (Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy) may also be considered if other methods are not suitable.

Most people urinate between six and eight times a day. But if you're drinking plenty, it's not abnormal to go as many as 10 times a day.

I've been struggling with tight skin under my penis shaft during sex it makes me ejaculate way too fast. I'm considering circumcision or another method to loosen the skin. How much does the procedure usually cost, and how long does recovery take? I'd like to get it done as soon as possible.
If tight skin (phimosis) is causing pain or discomfort, a doctor can suggest treatments like topical steroids or stretching exercises. If those don't work, surgery like circumcision or preputioplasty might be necessary. These procedures can take a few weeks to recover from, and costs can vary widely.

I'm a 32-year-old male dealing with hydrocele and looking for a doctor near Thane. Can you tell me how long the surgery takes, what the cost might be, and if there are any other treatment options besides surgery?
For adult males, hydroceles often go away on their own within six months. A hydrocele requires treatment only if it gets large enough to cause discomfort or disfigurement. Then it might need to be surgically removed... The procedure can be performed on an outpatient basis during general or regional anesthesia..No other treatment are as effective as surgery..Consult Surgeon for further advice...
