I have a 3 to 4 mm gallbladder stone seen in my ultrasound and I'm experiencing abdominal pain. Do I need surgery for this or are there other treatment options?

While surgery is often recommended for gallstone pancreatitis, there are other treatment options, including a procedure called Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). ERCP is a procedure where a long, thin tube with a camera is inserted into your mouth and guided through your digestive tract to identify and remove gallstones that may be causing the pancreatitis.

I've been having chest pain for the last couple of weeks, and now it's changed to this burning feeling in my chest that's also affecting my throat and ears. I'm kind of worried about what could be causing this. Any ideas?

I've been having this chest discomfort that's mostly in the center, but sometimes it's a bit on the left side too. Plus, there's this back pain right in the middle of my back. Last year I talked to a gastroenterologist and had an endoscopy and a chest X-ray. They didn't spot anything except a gastric problem. But here I am, a year later, feeling the same kind of discomfort again. What could be going on? Should I be worried, or is this something common that happens with gastric issues?
