I have a 37x15x14 mm oval-shaped T1T2 hypointense submucosal fibroid with polypoidal extension into the endocervical canal. My doctor recommended surgery, but I'm wondering if there are any homeopathy treatments that could work instead since I want to have another baby and already have a 2-year-old. Should I go ahead with the surgery or try other options first?

I'm currently 21 weeks and 5 days into my pregnancy, and I'm a bit concerned about my anomaly scan results. It mentioned that my cervix length is 3.14 cm. Is this normal, or should I be worried about any potential issues? Could you help me understand what this means?
