I have a 4.5 mm stone stuck in my upper ureter causing grade 1 hydronephrosis. Will drinking lots of water and taking meds help pass it, or do I need surgery for this?

View allI've had a downward bend at the tip of my penis for as long as I can remember, probably because my foreskin is attached to the glans. I tried cutting it myself a few years ago and it helped a bit, but the bend still happens when I'm erect. I attached a picture so you can see. My foreskin retracts easily when I'm soft but gets really tight when I'm erect and hard to pull back. I don't want to go for surgery are there any other medical treatments that could help with this?

I have kidney stones in both kidneys 16mm in the right kidney mid pole and 14mm and 67mm stones in the left kidney. My doctor suggested laser treatment for both kidneys at the same time. Is it safe to do both surgeries together or are there risks I should know about?
