I have a 4.5 mm stone stuck in my upper ureter causing grade 1 hydronephrosis. Will drinking lots of water and taking meds help pass it, or do I need surgery for this?

I've had a downward bend at the tip of my penis for as long as I can remember, probably because my foreskin is attached to the glans. I have kidney stones in both kidneys 16mm in the right kidney mid pole and 14mm and 67mm stones in the left kidney. My doctor suggested laser treatment for both kidneys at the same time. Is it safe to do both surgeries together or are there risks I should know about?

Surgery recommended methods are shock wave lithotripsy,ureteroscopy,percutaneous nephrolitomy etc depending on the stone size.Here ureteroscopy is advised.
