I'm having a penile infection that's been troubling me for the past 20 days. I've tried applying a few creams, but nothing seems to be working. What could be causing this, and is there something more effective I should try?

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.

View allI'm dealing with a burning sensation after ejaculation, and it's pretty concerning. I had a urine test and sonography done last week, and the urologist said everything looked normal and not to worry. I followed his advice and treatment, but I'm still having the same issue. What could be causing this, and what should I do next?
It's not at all unusual to have a burning sensation with urination immediately or shortly after ejaculation - especially if you ejaculated more than once. It usually just means that the urethra is irritated by the force of those ejaculations. It also leads to the desire to urinate.
