My wife has a 10mm kidney stone and is currently taking ayurvedic medicine. Can this size of stone be treated with medicine alone or is surgery the only option? What would you recommend for her case?

I've been having this really bad pain in the glans of my penis, right when I start and finish urinating. It's like normal when I'm just going about my day, no pain or anything, but as soon as I pee, it's unbearableit makes me stop mid-flow. The pain kind of eases up during the flow but as it slows down to just drops at the end, that's when it hits me hard. It's honestly the worst pain I've felt. I had a UTI not too long ago and took some meds like Norflex, Cyclopam, and Citralka syrup, and it seemed like I was okay for a bit. Could this be related, or is it something different? I've been drinking a ton of water, but its not helping. Also, I'm not quite sure if it's truly in the glans or maybe through the urethra, but it sure feels like it's around there. Any idea what might be going on?
