I had right inguinal hernia and varicocele surgery with mesh on the right side about 3 months ago but I'm still having pain in the areas marked with green dots in the photo I attached - is this normal or should I be concerned about the pain continuing this long after surgery

While some pain after hernia and varicocele surgery is normal, persistent pain three months post-surgery, especially in the areas marked in your photo, should be evaluated by your doctor. Though pain can persist for a few months, lasting pain beyond that is considered chronic and may indicate complications like nerve damage or inflammation.

my foreskin is really tight at the tip and it's causing discomfort is there any treatment for phimosis other than surgery what options do i have
