Question
I have a 6mm kidney stone in my left kidney. Currently, I am experiencing constipation and a heavy feeling in my belly. My report mentions gas in the bowel detected by a 10 MHz scan. Could the constipation be related to the kidney stone. Please suggest how I can relieve the constipation and what steps I should take? Thank you, sir.

A 6mm kidney stone can cause discomfort but is usually managed with fluids and medication. Constipation and bloating may be due to dietary factors or intestinal gas. These are not directly caused by the kidney stone. Do get done Xray KUB and urine routine as soon as possible.
