I have a 6mm stone in my left upper ureter with mild hydronephrosis do I need surgery right away or is there a chance it could pass on its own with urine? What would you recommend?

A 6mm kidney stone in the ureter with mild hydronephrosis can sometimes pass on its own, but it's also possible it will require intervention. While some 6mm stones pass, a 6mm stone might be more likely to get stuck, causing pain and potentially requiring medical assistance. Hydronephrosis, the swelling of the kidney due to fluid buildup, can also be a reason to seek treatment

View allWhenever I drink water, I seem to need to urinate almost immediately, and it's starting to make me a bit anxious. I'm a 22-year-old male. Is this something I should be worried about?
Its natural to urinate after drinking water, but if you're noticing it happening very frequently or urgently, it might be worth keeping an eye on. Sometimes, increased frequency can be linked to hydration levels, diet, or even stress. If it continues or worsens, it could be a good idea to consult a doctor just to rule out any underlying issues.

I'm dealing with really bad body pain because I keep having nightfall every week. Plus, I'm hitting the gym and taking a mass gainer. Can you tell me what I can do to get rid of this pain now and prevent it in the future?

Hey, so I recently found out I have Epididymo Orchitis after visiting the doctor because my right testicle was really swollen. I'm on antibiotics now, but I'm really curious how long it's going to take for this swelling to completely disappear. Any idea what the usual timeline is for something like this?
Swelling from epididymo-orchitis usually begins to improve within a few days of starting antibiotics, but it can take **2-4 weeks** for the swelling to completely resolve. Rest, scrotal support, and anti-inflammatory medications can help speed up recovery. If swelling persists, follow up with your doctor.
