I have been diabetic for the last 15 years. My last blood report shows fasting 109, after lunch 118, creatinine 1.14 mg and GFR 65.52 ml. I have second stage mild kidney loss and weigh 77 kg. Sometimes I have burning sensation during urination. Can you recommend any medicine for my kidney?

The sugar control looks fairly stable. Mild kidney function reduction Stage 2 CKD can be managed by controlling blood pressure, avoiding excess painkillers, and drinking enough water. Urine burning may be from mild infection or concentrated urine.

View allI have been suffering from dribbling after urination for the last three months. I need to wait 2 to 3 minutes after urination. I visited a physician with my urine report which is normal. He advised me to ignore it but I am still worried. Do I need to survive with this issue?

I have been experiencing pain on both sides of my abdomen, near the kidneys and ribcage. My physician advised an ultrasound, and the report indicates a left renal calculus and bilateral renal pelvis dilation, suggesting UTI or cystitis. Other organs like kidney, liver, and bladder appear normal. What should be my next step? Should I consult a kidney specialist or continue with a general physician?
