I have been diagnosed with dengue, and my platelet count is 96,000. My fever started a week ago, but now I no longer have fever or body aches, and I have not developed any rashes. Do I need to avoid any specific foods? I am not feeling weak at the moment

Dengue recovery phase with 96,000 platelets is stable. No fever or weakness is a good sign. Avoid oily, spicy food. stay hydrated. Eat fruits, soups, coconut water.
