I'm dealing with heartburn, chest pain, nausea, and shortness of breath, and I've been like this for the last six months. I've been really worried because a couple of days ago, I was asleep and woke up feeling like I was going to vomit, and then I actually did. What scared me was that there were some blood drops in it.
