I have been experiencing body pains for the past 5 days and developed a fever yesterday after traveling. Today, I had a Widal test, and the results are O: 1:80, H: 1:80. What treatment is required?

Widal test O and H 1:80 is borderline. If symptoms improve, no antibiotics are needed. Hydration and rest are enough unless advised otherwise.

I consulted another doctor, who said the Widal report may not be reliable and it could just be a viral fever. Could you please clarify whether this report indicates typhoid or not?
