I have been experiencing a high fever for the past 3 days, along with intense headache, chest pain, and body aches. My CRP level in the blood test is 25 mg/L, and my blood pressure is 110/78 mmHg. Could you please advise what might be causing these symptoms and what treatment or tests are recommended?

CRP of 25 indicates significant inflammation or infection. Fever and headache may suggest viral or bacterial illness (e.g. dengue, typhoid). Chest pain needs urgent evaluation. See a doctor for further tests.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a DENGUE PROFILE (IGG & IGM ANTIBODY & NS1 ANTIGEN) Test

I got my blood test report today and it shows that my CRP serum value is 9.00. I want to know what this indicates and how I can regulate it.

I had viral fever 3 days ago. My initial blood report showed CRP level at 24 mg/L. I received a high dosage of antibiotics through IV for the last 3 days. I repeated the CRP test and it came at 25.5. I am very concerned why the CRP level is still high. Can this be a cause of something serious?
