I have been experiencing irregular periods with a gap of about two months, along with abdominal pain. I had an ultrasound, and it showed two retention cysts and a nabothian follicle in the cervix. I am attaching my report. Please suggest what I should do

I am a banker and my married life started in October 2021. Due to difficulty conceiving, I recently did a sperm analysis. The results are: Active motile 25 percent, Sluggish 10 percent, Dead motile 65 percent, Morphology normal. Can anyone suggest medication, or do I need to change my lifestyle? We are based in Hyderabad and got married. Recently, we underwent a full set of fertility tests. My results showed FSH is 10.9, LH is 14.75, Testosterone is 6.89, TSH is 4.86, Estradiol is 67, and my semen analysis showed azoospermia. Based on this, the doctor has advised ICSI treatment. I would like to know if there is still any chance for a natural pregnancy.

My report says that multiple cysts are found in the ovaries, but I have no other symptoms of PCOS. There is no weight gain, no excess hair growth, no acne, and my periods come exactly on the 28th day. Do I still have PCOS?
