I have been experiencing joint pain in all my joints for the past 18 months. All my blood and urine test results have come back normal. In addition, I have been having abdominal and lower back pain for the last 6 months. What could be the possible cause?

This could be due to autoimmune or inflammatory condition. Even with normal blood reports, you may benefit from a rheumatologist consult to rule out early arthritis or related conditions.
Dr. Rohinipriyanka Suggests...
Take a ANTI NUCLEAR ANTIBODY (ANA) Test or Take a HLA B27 Test Test

View allHello Doctor, I am a 24 year old male experiencing persistent knee pain along with occasional hip discomfort. I initially consulted an orthopedic doctor who advised me to do exercises, but there was no improvement. I then visited a rheumatologist who prescribed SAAZ 1000 mg, Zycel 200 mg, and administered a Solumedrol injection. The pain subsided for a while, but after about a month, it returned. I had stopped all medications by then and went back to an orthopaedic doctor, who prescribed Mexate 7.5 mg once a week. My blood test showed that HLA B27 is positive, but all other parameters were within the normal range. I am now confused about whether this is spondyloarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis. Additionally, I have a personal concern, I masturbate daily, and I would like to know if this could have any effect on my joint or knee pain.

Please review my latest medical lab report. Am I suffering from arthritis? Some of my other reports also show minimal derangement, but CRP and RF levels are significantly high.
