I have been experiencing significant hair loss for the past few months. I took Folli Hair tablets for one and a half months, but they did not help. My blood test results show CBC is normal, iron level is 46 microgram/dL, vitamin D is normal, testosterone is normal, TSH is normal, but my vitamin B12 level is low at 186. What could be the reason for my hair loss?

Hair fall may be due to low B12 and borderline iron. Continue treatment with B12 supplements and iron rich diet. If no improvement, consult dermatologist.
