I have been experiencing hair fall for the past year, partly due to high stress and a surgery I underwent 2 months ago. I consulted two dermatologists, and both said it is due to nutritional deficiency. They prescribed biotin, folic acid, iron, calcium, and vitamin D tablets, which I am taking regularly. I have a healthy diet including almonds, sprouts, milk, fruits, and peanuts, and I no longer have stress. Despite this, only about a quarter of my hair remains. My engagement is next month. How can I regrow my hair by then, what should I do, and how long does it usually take for hair to fully regrow?

Surgery and stress can delay regrowth. Nutrients take time to show effect. Continue current plan, use gentle oils. Hair regrowth takes 3to6 months.
