I have been experiencing stomach pain and recently underwent a CT Enterography and MR Elastography, which showed that my liver is enlarged to 22.3 cm and my spleen to 14 cm. I am also having body pain, fatigue, and right side abdominal pain, especially when sitting. Recently, I have noticed significant bleeding as well. My doctor has advised me to do liver function tests (LFT) and thyroid tests in the coming week.

My Typhi Dot IgM was positive, and the titre was slightly elevated. I took Doxcef O for 10 days and also received the typhoid vaccine. Despite this, I still feel like vomiting after eating, and I am experiencing leg pain and overall weakness. This is the first time I have had typhoid, and someone mentioned that I might have become a chronic carrier, which has made me anxious. Is this a serious issue, or can it be fully cured?
