I have been experiencing stomach pain and recently underwent a CT Enterography and MR Elastography, which showed that my liver is enlarged to 22.3 cm and my spleen to 14 cm. I am also having body pain, fatigue, and right side abdominal pain, especially when sitting. Recently, I have noticed significant bleeding as well. My doctor has advised me to do liver function tests (LFT) and thyroid tests in the coming week.

Liver and spleen enlargement can cause pain, tiredness, and heaviness. Right side stomach pain may be linked to liver swelling or digestive strain. Bleeding may indicate low platelets or liver-related clotting issues. LFT and thyroid tests are important next steps to check function. Follow your doctor advice and monitor symptoms.

My recent liver function test report: SGOT: 193 U/L SGPT: 257 U/L GGT: 65 U/L ALP: 338 U/L Direct Bilirubin: 0.60 mg/dL
