I have attached reports showing that she is suffering from pancreatitis, gallbladder inflammation, and liver issues. The doctor has advised admitting her as soon as possible. Since it is Diwali season, I am concerned about whether she will receive proper care in the hospital. I am considering admitting her tomorrow. My immunology LKM1 lab report is 1 unit. I am very confused about what to do. Is this a serious matter?

LKM1 antibodies are usually related to autoimmune liver conditions, but a value of 1 is typically not significant. Follow up is only needed if liver enzymes or symptoms suggest issues. Please get a liver function test done and repeat the LKM1 antibody test only if you have symptoms
