I have been experiencing urticaria (hives) for the past 2 months. I kindly request your help in resolving this problem. All my test reports are normal, but the condition persists. Please advise on the next steps or treatment.

Chronic urticaria often has no clear cause. Antihistamines like levocetirizine and avoiding triggers can help.

I am having an itching problem on the entire body with no rashes or red marks. The itching feels internal and when I take a Citrizen tablet it subsides temporarily but reappears, about twice a week. He told me there is no problem in the blood and urine reports.

A few months ago I was facing difficulty while breathing. After doing some tests, it was found that my eosinophils count was higher due to food allergies (potato, tomato). I took some medicine and stopped eating the foods causing problems as per the report. After some time, everything was fine and I started eating these food items again without problems. But for the last 2 to 3 days, I am again having difficulties in breathing. My blood test report shows eosinophils are normal, but there is a slight mild increase in lymphocyte count. What should I do now?
