I have been experiencing weight loss and weakness, and I am feeling very depressed about it. Which tests should I undergo to find out the cause? Is this dangerous, and what could be the possible reasons for these symptoms?

Unexplained weight loss and weakness can be caused by thyroid issues, low hemoglobin, vitamin deficiencies, or even stress and depression. It is not always dangerous but should be checked early. Start with a CBC, Thyroid Profile, and Vitamin B12 Test to find the cause. Early testing can give clarity and peace of mind.

Hi, As per my report, I have Vitamin D and B12 deficiency, with levels of 6.5 and 136, respectively. As advised by my doctor, I started taking injections for both vitamins. I have observed a 3 kg weight loss in 2 weeks. Could this weight loss be due to the injections?
