I have been having abdominal pain for the last three months. I did a stool test, and it shows WBC 3 to 4 per HPF. What does this mean?

Presence of WBCs in stool (3 to 4/HPF) may indicate mild inflammation in the intestines. It is not alarming alone, but combined with chronic abdominal pain, it may suggest mild infection, IBS, or early IBD. Evaluate if you have symptoms like diarrhea, weight loss, or blood in stool. Dietary triggers, stress, or post infection gut sensitivity could be causes. Consult a gastroenterologist if pain persists despite normal basic reports.

Could you please advise me on what foods and drinks I should consume that are easier to digest and suitable for my condition?

Respected Doctors, I have been diagnosed with proctosigmoiditis. Can it lead to cancer in the future without treatment? I do not have any symptoms. Should I worry about this? Some doctors say it is only piles, while others say it is proctosigmoiditis. Please provide a correct and genuine answer. I am attaching my colonoscopy report.

My mother needs to use the toilet 2 to 3 times a day, and her stools are watery. She was previously taking Vibact and Rifagut 400 under a doctor prescription, which helped, but the problem has recurred. Should she continue the same medication, or are there other medicines she can take? She also had a stool test, which was normal.
