I have been having fever and headache with burning sensation in the urine for the last two days. I am taking Augmentin 625 mg twice a day, Call 625 mg twice a day, and Syp Cital thrice a day. Please let me know whether this treatment is correct or if I should consult another doctor? I am attaching my blood and urine report. Thanks.

I am a 27 year old married working woman. I catch infection again and again and I feel burning sensation and irritation while passing urine. Hi, Three years ago, I completed treatment for pulmonary TB.
