I have been having mild, constant pain in my arms and legs and tingling in my face and tongue for the past six months. The problem is more pronounced after exercise or even brisk walking. I have developed sensitivity to sound and an odd metallic taste in my mouth. My blood reports, including vitamin B12 and D3, are normal. Only my total cholesterol and LDL are low at 43. Fatigue is constant, and sometimes joint pain also occurs.

These symptoms may be neurological or metabolic. Low LDL is not worrisome alone. Sensory changes need evaluation. Consult neurologist.

Is there any relationship between vitamin B12 and liver? I have B12 deficiency even though I am non vegetarian (homocysteine is normal). My liver report shows indirect bilirubin 1.19, total bilirubin 1.39, and GGT 67, which are beyond the normal range. Is there any connection between the B12 deficiency and liver report? Last year I had acidity issues and the doctor prescribed Pantocid and Refagut 400 for 30 days. I also have excess vitamin K in my test report. I am non alcoholic.
