I have been having mild, constant pain in my arms and legs and tingling in my face and tongue for the past six months. The problem is more pronounced after exercise or even brisk walking. I have developed sensitivity to sound and an odd metallic taste in my mouth. My blood reports, including vitamin B12 and D3, are normal. Only my total cholesterol and LDL are low at 43. Fatigue is constant, and sometimes joint pain also occurs.

These symptoms may be neurological or metabolic. Low LDL is not worrisome alone. Sensory changes need evaluation. Consult neurologist.

View allI am currently taking Selekon XL 50 mg and Amfast 40 mg for blood pressure, which is well controlled. My weight is 65 kg and my height is 5.6. However, over the past few days, I have been experiencing symptoms such as stomach bloating, weakness, tiredness, tinnitus, numbness in fingers while sleeping, and a sensation of hot feet. My recent blood test showed a low Vitamin B12 level at 172.9 pg per mL. Additionally, my VLDL is 51 and my cholesterol/HDL ratio is 6.46. I am looking for suggestions on how to manage these issues and whether any treatment or lifestyle changes are needed. Thank you.

Hello Sir/Madam, I have been feeling lightheaded, so my doctor suggested checking my vitamin levels. My blood report shows Vitamin B12 at 172 ng and Vitamin D at 6. The doctor prescribed Neurobion Forte for 10 days and Meconerve Plus for 15 days. I am experiencing daily nausea, lightheadedness, and headache. I want to know if my Vitamin B12 level will increase with this treatment and whether I should stop taking Meconerve Plus, as it is causing me significant discomfort.
