Hello Sir/Madam, I have been feeling lightheaded, so my doctor suggested checking my vitamin levels. My blood report shows Vitamin B12 at 172 ng and Vitamin D at 6. The doctor prescribed Neurobion Forte for 10 days and Meconerve Plus for 15 days. I am experiencing daily nausea, lightheadedness, and headache. I want to know if my Vitamin B12 level will increase with this treatment and whether I should stop taking Meconerve Plus, as it is causing me significant discomfort.

B12 is borderline low, and Vitamin D is deficient. You may switch supplements if side effects persist. Recheck after 2 to 4 weeks. Please repeat Vitamin B12 and D levels.

Hi, I am experiencing numbness in the last two fingers of my right hand, mostly in the mornings when I wake up. I am not diabetic (post meal sugar: 133). Previously, I had significant drooping of my right eyelid, which was evaluated by neurologists and an ophthalmologist, and nerve tests were normal, only vitamin deficiencies were found. After taking vitamins, my eyelid improved. However, now this intermittent numbness in my fingers every alternate morning is worrying me. My father has been a chain smoker for many years. Recently, I have noticed that he has become very lethargic, has lost interest in daily activities, and is also showing signs of forgetfulness.
