I am a 28 year old male and have been experiencing hair loss for the past 8 years. As per my doctor advice, I got my iron, vitamin, and TSH tests done. Three months ago, my TSH was 30, but after taking medications, it is now 4. My B12 level is 280, and my testosterone has increased to 980. I do not drink, smoke, or take any supplements, and I follow a desi diet. Can someone review my report and advise me, please?

TSH now normal, continue follow up. B12 is low to normal, may improve hair health with supplements. High testosterone is okay if natural. Continue thyroid and nutritional support.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test or Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test

View allFor the past 20 days, I have been experiencing stiffness in the fingers of both hands when bending them, along with frequent popping or cracking sounds in my fingers, wrists, and shoulder joints. I have tested negative for Rheumatoid Arthritis. In my recent blood tests, my random blood sugar level was 155 (normal range is 70 to 140), and my Vitamin B12 serum level was 932 (normal range is 200 to 900). Additionally, my MCH and MCV levels are low, and my Mean Platelet Volume is higher than the normal range. I would like to know what these findings indicate about my health, and why my Vitamin B12 level is elevated. What could the test report suggest?

Please see the attached picture of my white tongue. I had oral sex and took HIV ELISA and CMIA tests at 5 weeks, 5 months, and 24 weeks after exposure, all were negative. However, I still have a white coating on my tongue (which I can scrape off in the morning while brushing) and occasional joint pain. I read on the internet that these could be symptoms of HIV, and I have been very worried for months. Are my test results conclusive, or do I need further testing?
