I have been suffering from frequent urination for the past 6 years. All tests, including cystoscopy, have been done. An E. coli infection was detected, and my urologist prescribed medication for 3 months, but it had no effect. I am 20 years old and also have constipation and excessive gas. How can this be treated?

I am experiencing a burning sensation during urination only after eating spicy food. I have done urine and blood tests. My urine test report shows pus cells 2-4 and occasional epithelial cells.
