I have a frequent urge to urinate but pass only a small amount of urine. There is slight pain on the left side of the kidney area. This happens on and off. Can this be worrisome? I did a blood check up last month: creatinine 0.89, GFR 84. I have attached my blood report. Please help?

About 2.5 years ago, I had an exposure. Recently, I had a penile cyst removed by incision. I have done all STD tests, and the results were negative.
