I had been consuming alcohol continuously for a week, including the day before the test. Additionally, my lymphocyte percentage is 47percent, while all other test results are normal. Elevated SGOT (118) and SGPT (217) may be due to recent alcohol use, viral infection, or liver stress. Fever and high lymphocyte (47percent) suggest a possible viral cause like hepatitis or dengue. Avoid alcohol completely for now, it can worsen liver inflammation. Repeat liver function and viral tests after a few days for confirmation.
