I had been consuming alcohol continuously for a week, including the day before the test. Additionally, my lymphocyte percentage is 47percent, while all other test results are normal. Should I be concerned about these results?

Elevated SGOT (118) and SGPT (217) may be due to recent alcohol use, viral infection, or liver stress. Fever and high lymphocyte (47percent) suggest a possible viral cause like hepatitis or dengue. Avoid alcohol completely for now, it can worsen liver inflammation. Repeat liver function and viral tests after a few days for confirmation.
