I have been suffering from hypothyroidism for the last four years. I take Eltroxine 50 mcg every morning, but in my blood test report which came yesterday, TSH is 7.4. How can I keep my thyroid normal? I am a working female and got married last year.

I am a thyroid patient and I am taking Thyronorm 25 mg regularly. This time, my report shows that my TSH level has increased to 6.90. I am also experiencing symptoms such as excessive hair fall, mood swings, and constant fatigue.

I have been experiencing a low grade fever for the past 15 days, mostly in the evenings between 7 to 10 PM, and sometimes after 4 PM. The temperature varies between 98.5F and 99.5F. I have taken Dolo 650 twice. I sometimes feel heaviness in my eyes, but it improves after eating. I have done a Widal test and CBC, which showed only a mild increase in ESR.
