My reports shows AMH (ECLIA): 0.199 and TSH (ultrasensitive): 4.687 What do these results mean for my chances of conceiving, and what precautions or steps should I take to improve my fertility?

AMH less than 0.5 indicates low ovarian reserve and reduced fertility chances. TSH more than 4.5 may interfere with ovulation. Both require early fertility support, you may need thyroid medication and assisted options like IVF depending on age and timeline. Act quickly and consult fertility expert.

I am 23 years old and suffering from hypothyroidism. I often feel cold at normal temperatures, feel lazy, have thinning hair, and tend to forget things. I understand these are symptoms caused by low thyroid hormone production. My report shows a TSH of 456, whereas the normal range should be around 3 to 6. I have consulted a doctor and am taking prescribed medication. My concerns are: Can hypothyroidism be completely cured? Will my hair and cognitive function (thinking/memory) return to normal once it is treated?
