Symptoms suggest rheumatoid arthritis and hypothyroidism. See rheumatologist and endocrinologist. Treatment can help manage both.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a Anti CCP Test (Cyclic Citrullinated Peptide) Test or Take a ANTI THYROID ANTIBODIES Test

View allI have been taking Thyronorm 12.5 mcg for two months. Due to severe tiredness and sleepy feeling, I repeated TSH and Free T4 tests. TSH is 8.02 (Ref 0.4 to 4.2) and Free T4 is 1.17 (Ref 0.89 to 1.76). Previously, Anti Tg Antibody was high and TPO was normal. I am having tingling in both palms and feet. Fasting blood sugar is 82. I am taking Concor 5 mg for hypertension. Do I require a dose revision or further consultation?
