I just received my TSH blood test report, and the result is less than 0.05 mIU/L. Could you please advise whether this is dangerous or if it is normally treatable?

TSH less than 0.05 may indicate hyperthyroidism. It is treatable with medications. Consult an endocrinologist for further tests (Free T3, T4).

My concern is, after the operation, will my wife have to take thyroid medicine for her whole life? FNAC report and USG report are attached.
