I have a benign tumor or cystic lesion on my hard palate that's affecting my maxilla bone should I see a maxillofacial surgeon or an ENT surgeon for the surgery? I'm not sure which specialist handles this kind of issue

My mouth won't open wide enough for a wisdom tooth extraction does this mean I'll need surgery to get it out? I'm really worried about how they'll do it if I can't open my jaw properly.

Can impacted wisdom teeth cause TMJ pain I have three impacted wisdom teeth two upper and one lower and I'm feeling tenderness on my right cheek behind my ear and around the joints I also have a class 3 malocclusion Should I get braces first to fix my bite or get the wisdom teeth removed first And is it possible to extract two wisdom teeth at the same time during surgery
