I have bilateral varicocele with sizes 2.3 mm and 2.6 mm, diagnosed as grade 1. I'm really hesitant about surgery has anyone successfully treated varicocele using just ayurvedic or natural remedies? Looking for options that don't involve going under the knife.

Grade 1 varicocele may not need surgery—Ayurvedic therapies like leech therapy, herbs, and lifestyle changes help in some.

View allI've noticed a big drop in my semen volume over the last 30 days it went from around 4ml to just 1ml, sometimes only a couple drops when I masturbate. I'm 31, not diabetic, haven't had any surgeries, and I'm not on any meds. What could be causing this and which specialist should I see about it?
The volume of your semen can change for a variety of reasons — if you haven't ejaculated for a few days you'll probably produce more semen and certain medications can make you produce less. Causes of low semen volume can include: Retrograde ejaculation. Nerve damage.

What's the average cost of fistula surgery at a good hospital or private clinic? I'm trying to plan financially but I'm not sure what to expect are there big differences in pricing? Also, does insurance usually cover this or is it mostly out-of-pocket?
