I have a bony avulsion fracture of my PCL with a bone fragment that's mildly displaced posterosuperiorly and measures around 16x15x10 mm. All my other ligaments are intact. Will this heal with just 4 weeks in a plaster cast or do I need surgery for it?

I've been dealing with AVN in my right hip for about 3 years now and I'm only 33. I've also been on Medrol for 5 years for either sarcoidosis or HSP but it's never been properly diagnosed. I've been having pain at the base of my second toe for two months and the x-ray shows a cystic expansile lesion there labeled as possible enchondroma.
