I have bow legs and just found out I have a vitamin D deficiency after getting tested. If I start taking vitamin D supplements, will my bow legs improve on their own or do I need to do specific exercises? Is there any way to fix this without having to go through surgery?

Vitamin D deficiency can contribute to bowlegs (also known as genu varum), and taking supplements can help improve bone health and potentially reduce the severity of bowing. However, correcting bowlegs in adults, especially, requires a more comprehensive approach, and exercises may be beneficial, but surgical intervention may be necessary for significant cases.

View allI've been dealing with severe pain for the past 30 days and visited both a general physician and an orthopedic specialist. They prescribed antacids, painkillers, and suggested using a splint, but I haven't seen any improvement. Is surgery the best option to relieve this pain or should I wait longer?
If severe pain persists for 30 days despite seeing a general physician and orthopedic specialist, further evaluation and specialized care may be necessary. Consider consulting a pain management specialist or other relevant specialist for advanced diagnostics and treatment options.

I just found out I have a grade 2 ligament tear in my right knee can this heal on its own with rest and rehab or will I need ACL surgery to fix it properly
A grade 2 ligament tear in your knee, specifically the ACL, can often heal with conservative treatment like rest, ice, and physical therapy, but surgery may be needed in some cases. The decision to operate depends on factors like the ligament involved, your activity level, and your overall health.
