My 80-year-old diabetic uncle fell from his bed and now has swelling on his left thigh. The X-ray shows a fracture. Can this heal without surgery or is surgery necessary? At his age and with diabetes, is surgery even safe for him?

I'm feeling some pain at the base of my neck, and it radiates to my shoulder whenever I turn to the right side. I saw the doctor, and they mentioned it might be a cervical rib. Could you explain what this is? I'm a bit worried about what it means and what I should do next.

Thats an extra growth cervical vertebrae,if you have symptoms Physiotherapy would help you.

Can bow legs be fixed naturally at my age of 24 without going through surgery I've had them since I was young and wondering if exercises or other non-surgical options might help

At 24, naturally correcting bowlegs (genu varum) without surgery is unlikely, as bone structure is typically fully formed by this age. Exercise and stretching can improve muscle strength and flexibility, but they won't change the bone shape. Surgical correction, like an osteotomy, is usually necessary to reshape the bones
