I have cervical spine PIVD at C5-C6 with compression of the left C6 root causing severe left arm pain. My left thumb and half of my arm feel weak and inactive. Are there any effective non-surgical treatments that could help with this?

Yes, there are several effective non-surgical treatments for cervical spine PIVD (prolapse of intervertebral disc) at C5-C6 with compression of the left C6 nerve root, especially if the left arm pain, thumb and arm weakness, and inactive feeling are your main concerns. These include physical therapy, medications, and potentially epidural injections.

View allI've been noticing that every time I use my cellphone, I start to get this strange chest pain. It's like my phone is somehow affecting my lungs, and then I have trouble breathing and my mouth feels really dry. I also think it's affecting the blood flow to my brain because I've been having these major memory issues and my mind just feels foggy. It's been happening for almost two years and seems to be getting worse. I'm really worried about my cognitive decline, like I can't remember things or visualize clearly. Is there something wrong with me specifically or has anyone else experienced this too? And is there any way to medically deal with it? I do notice that the chest pain eases up when I stay away from my phone.
Psychiatric opinion is advised to the patient.

I'm really concerned about my dad. He's 60 and has Parkinson's tremor, which makes him feel really weak and tired all the time. His doctor suggested these weekly methycobal shots1cc IM for 3 monthsin the gluteal region. We're in Bangalore, and I'm not sure where we can get this done. Can you help me with some advice on where to go or who to contact?
Managing anger and high blood pressure requires a holistic approach. Here are some suggestions: 1. Practice relaxation techniques: Yoga, meditation, or deep breathing exercises can help calm your mind. 2. Regular exercise: Engage in physical activities like walking, jogging, or cycling to reduce stress. 3. Mindful communication: Take a pause before reacting to situations, and express yourself calmly. 4. Seek professional help: Consult a therapist or counselor to address underlying issues. 5. Monitor and adjust medication: Consult your doctor about adjusting your cilacar 5mg dosage or adding stress-reducing medications.

I'm taking Leon 500 and teczine and I'm wondering if they might cause any problems with my vertigo. I've been feeling a bit off and it's making me worry about my condition. Could you give me some guidance on this?
Taking Leon 500 (Levofloxacin) can potentially cause dizziness and vertigo as side effects. Teczine (Levocetirizine) is an antihistamine which may also cause dizziness in some individuals. The combination of these medications could worsen your vertigo symptoms. I recommend consulting your doctor to discuss alternative medications that may be more suitable for your vertigo condition.
