I have confirmed tuberculous lymphadenitis after an FNAC test. I have started my TB medicine. I have noticed sudden changes in my stool color, which is completely yellow. Is this symptom normal? Please suggest.

Yellow colored stool can occur due to Rifampicin, a common TB medicine. It is usually harmless and expected early on. If you have nausea, vomiting, or jaundice, inform your doctor. Continue TB treatment unless symptoms worsen. Do LFT regularly while on TB meds

Ultrasound shows the liver is normal in size and shape, but has grade one fatty changes. My HBV DNA quantitative by real time PCR is 116801, and HBeAg is 0.25. My doctor diagnosed me with hepatitis B, but did not prescribe any medication. I am a little confused about my condition and would appreciate an explanation to help clear my doubts. I have provided the test results above.
