After one week my test report showed serum conjugated bilirubin is 3.95 and serum unconjugated bilirubin is 1.80. I am not understanding how serious I am right now?

What is the normal range for bilirubin measured 3 hours after eating? I have attached my test report. Please tell me if my result is high or a cause for concern.

Post meal bilirubin can vary slightly. If its mildly high and you have no symptoms, it is usually not serious. Consult if persists.
