I have a dermoid cyst in my left ovary and haven't been able to conceive yet. Do I really need surgery or is there a chance I can still get pregnant with the cyst?

I'm really worried because when my husband and I try to have sex, it feels like his penis can't even go in a bit, like something's blocking it.
