I have a deviated nasal septum and I'm really hesitant about surgery. I've seen multiple ENTs who all recommend surgery, but I'm wondering if Ayurveda can actually fix this or if it's just a temporary relief. Has anyone had success treating it without surgery?

View allI was diagnosed with a left antrochoanal nasal polyp back in 2018 and my ENT has tried everything but says surgery is the only option now. I keep getting infections with bloody discharge from my left nose and can only breathe through my right nose and mouth. I'm really scared of surgery and even needles I can't even handle blood tests easily. I've heard about Dupixent (dupilumab) injections for treating polyps but can't find an ENT in India who can help me with this. Money isn't an issue, I just want to avoid surgery. Does Dupixent work for antrochoanal polyps and is it available in India or do I need to go abroad for it
Dupixent (dupilumab) injections are a potential treatment option for nasal polyps, including antrochoanal polyps, and are available in India. While your ENT may have explored other treatments, Dupixent is a viable alternative for managing symptoms and potentially avoiding surgery, especially if you are hesitant about the procedure and its potential complications. You should consult with an ENT specialist in India who is familiar with Dupixent and can assess your specific case to determine if it's the right course of action.
